legit… I’m back this time. I’ve gone to the gym three times in the past five days and I’m starting to get to a point where I can barely walk because my legs hurt so much from the muscle aches lol it feels good though! But I need to control my eating since I keep binge eating late at night since I keep feeling so hungry :(
There’s only 91 days left until EDC and 88 days until I’m in Vegas so I’m trying to my best to get back to get back into shape! I remember that even with all of the exercise I did before the event last summer, I was so tired by the last day that I sat down in the back during Gareth Emery’s set since I literally couldn’t stand up anymore. I nearly fell asleep on the shuttle bus if I remember correctly. But that is when I started exercising in late April (or maybe it was May)?
idk I have a lot riding on myself to get healthy. It’s going to be a long journey, but I’m glad I have you guys along for the ride :)
